1. Culture station Seoul 284 (Old train station renovation project).
I worked at Korea Craft and Design Foundation which is one of subsidiaries of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism from 2010 to 2011 at Public Art department. I curated Seoul Train Station renovation project which was a Renovation for old Seoul station which built during the Japanese colonial period to a multi culture gallery. My team considered history of this space, cultural meaning of this building in Korea and how to communicate with visitor. We tried to make this place seems oscillate between past and present so visitors can experience space and exhibited objects combine.
2. HAPPIER SCHOOL (School renovation project with students).
Happier School (2010~2011, Social practice, remodeling) I was in charge of director for ‘Happy School project’ which is a of a social practice for the schools and their communities. Choose 10~12 schools which has rare chance to experienced with cultural issues in Korea. I, Architects, students, teachers and parents are participated in this project together, communicated every time and tried to made students fantasy to reality for their schools.
3. EXHIBITION/CATALOG_MINISTRY OF CULTURE OF KOREA/KCDF
SOFA | Chicago, US.
I directed making a booth to promote Korean sculptors and artists through the exhibition. Also designed brochure about the artists and artworks for the show.
